We have opened up a new department called SRA DIG ALERT.

The normal cost for doing a full blown ALTA is 2 hours of office time.

Now we are offering our Clients the opportunity to let us handle the Utility Inquiries Directly.

In many cases it makes sense for SRA, INC. to complete the Inquiries simply because the SRA, INC. LOGO is now a familiar reference to all utility agencies and they know they will receive my cost for maps instantly. It expedites everything we request, in most cases less than 30 working days.

We are having a tremendous response from our clients. As we speak the turnaround time is getting even quicker, some jobs as little as 15 working days. We have created a system that works 100%

Fees;

1 to 9 contacts = 1 hour + map cost

10 to 14 contacts = 2 hours + map cost

15 to 19 contacts = 3 hours + map cost

1) We send out the initial request and create an excel spread sheet.

2) We assign it to a Task Manager in Outlook and Mark a 15 working day Reminder.

3) We continue updating the excel spreadsheet as utilities arrive and send client an updated spread sheet for every response.

4) A 2nd notice will be sent on the 15^th  working day of Task Reminder and a copy will be sent to Project Manager and a new Task date will be set for 5 working days.

5) A 3rd notice on the 5th working day (3^rd Reminder) will not be a fax , We will get on the phone and ask for an explanation and keep a running memo in Outlook of the conversation and submit it to the Project Manager.

Note: The phone call is usually not necessary; most projects come to a closure in 90% of cases.

6) When file is complete we will send the Project Manager the final spread sheet and SRA, INC. will keep an electronic copy in the file.
